Cayne, Woodbine Sophomore, is passionate about farming. Cayne chose the mechanized agriculture courses because he wants to make sure he has all the skills he can learn.
He plans to take over the family farm, and does plenty of work on the farm already. Equipment maintenance and repair helps ensure everything is running smoothly with less downtime.
“During harvest this year, a belt on our combine broke and caused it to get super plugged. I knew how to fix the problem thanks to the class. This class has helped me learn so much about farming that I didn’t know."
