In partnership with iJAG, Work-Based Learning (WBL) at IGNITE Pathways provides students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real work environments while developing essential technical, academic, and employability skills. Through WBL, students actively engage in their chosen career pathways, learning firsthand what it takes to excel in the workforce. This practical experience not only enhances their education but also equips them with valuable technical skills that are crucial for success in their future careers.
