Career Camps are customized, hands-on learning experiences designed for high school students to explore a specific career path in depth.
Here’s how it works:
Your district selects up to 12 different Career Camp sessions for a single event.
Each student signs up for one session that focuses on a particular industry (like healthcare, construction, or agriculture).
During their session, students will:
Learn about multiple careers within that industry
Meet industry professionals and ask real-world questions
Try out basic skills and understand workplace expectations
Discover if the industry aligns with their interests and strengths
Gain an in-depth understanding of a specific industry.
Hear firsthand from professionals working in the field.
Discover various career paths within the chosen industry.
Participate in activities that build real-world experience.
Understand Student Interests: See what career pathways engage your students the most.
Engaged Students: Real-world applications of classroom learning
Professional Development Opportunity: Learn how to integrate career-based learning into your classroom.
