This workshop series is designed to guide districts through assessing their readiness to shift toward a learner-centered educational model. It begins with an overview of the importance of educational transformation and then delves into evaluating the district’s cultural readiness, capacity, and commitment to change. Participants will complete a SWOT analysis and commitment mapping activities to identify strengths, barriers, and strategies for fostering a supportive environment. The workshop concludes with the development of a detailed action plan, ensuring districts are prepared to implement and sustain meaningful educational changes.
