This page provides quick access to all materials needed to prepare students for Career Adventure Day and complete required reporting after the event.

Required Forms & Preparation

Complete the following forms below.

Career Adventure Day Preparation

Complete at least THREE weeks before the event.

  • Pre-Event Survey - Please have students complete the survey prior to Lesson 1. QR codes are in the Lesson PPT as well.

  • The Grades 9-12 lessons connect career exploration with literacy development. Students read short career texts, follow task prompts at stations, and identify skills used in different careers during Career Adventure Day.

  • Complete the following lessons on different days.

    • Lesson 1: Career Exploration/Literacy Integration (25-30 minutes)

    • Lesson 2: Passport Preparation (25-30 minutes)

      • CAD Passport – Print copies to use with Lesson 2. Used for station tracking and student interest rating.

        • Print Passports on colored paper to distinguish from other schools at the event.
        • Bring your students’ Passports to the Career Adventure Day event.
      • Map of Career Stations – Print if you or students would like to see a map of the building.
